We are a small Tennessee farmstead dedicated to creating handcrafted herbal products in small batches. Orders are prepared and packaged with care.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received.

During product launches, holidays, vendor events, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended.

Shipping Methods

We currently ship throughout the United States using trusted carriers such as USPS and UPS.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package size, weight, and destination.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary by carrier and destination but generally range from:

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
• Priority Shipping: 2–4 business days

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, holidays, or carrier delays.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Threshing Floor Farmstead is not responsible for carrier delays once a package has been accepted by the shipping provider.

If your package appears lost, please contact the shipping carrier first and then reach out to us if additional assistance is needed.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of:

• The damaged product
• The shipping box
• Any damaged packaging materials

We will work with you to determine an appropriate resolution.
