Refund & Return Policy

Because many of our products are handmade, personal care items, herbal preparations, and food products, we generally do not accept returns.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned once delivered:

• Herbal tinctures
• Herbal syrups
• Fire tonic
• Salves and balms
• Personal care products
• Opened products
• Used products
• Custom-made items

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive:

• A damaged product
• The wrong item
• A missing item

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:

• Order number
• Description of the issue
• Photos when applicable

We will review the situation and may offer:

• Replacement product
• Store credit
• Refund (when appropriate)

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before shipment.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
